Whichever side you are on, people are suffering in Gaza, coming out on the losing end. In many cases, it is innocent civilizans.
The situation needs to be fixed by both sides, now. Leaders on both sides have been all too willing to sacrifice humanity and lives at the altar of political agendas, national concern and ideological fury, the precious price for their visions.
That must end now. No one can be in the right when so many wrong things are happenning.
While the signs seen in Bethlehem here today imply a Palestinan slant, it is not about choosing sides at this point. Ignore that. The objective is the only thing that is important -- stopping the fighting and violence on all sides. People and their safety must come before all. Those in power must adhere to that basic principle.
