Lego-Holy Land


At the Israel Museum, there is a large miniature display of the city of Jerusalem laid out on a concrete patio just as you enter the museum. It is an exact replica of the city as it would have looked in 1st centry A.D. (No, made of stone of some sort, not Legos. Sorry. But it looks like it could be made of Legos.)




This was my favorite spot of the day. I love things like this, visual learner that I must be. Instead of book diagrams -- here it is. In real mini-life.
